– The aquarium at ARTIS Zoo is closed for refurbishment until further notice
– Clean air for all – ARTIS is a smoke-free park
– ARTIS grounds are for the most part, accessible to wheelchair, walker and mobility scooter users. Only the entrance to the Japanese Garden is less accessible to wheelchairs
– Assistance dogs are permitted, they need to be registered at the ticket office upon presentation of dog identification card showing that the dog has been trained.
